The gym had much fewer people there this morning...Valentine's Day hangovers I guess! I did what my trainer calls "triathlon". And as hard as that eliptical is for me to do, it feels like it! But, I've come a long way over these last 5 months of regular exercise, believe me! Cardio: Triathlon - Treadmill 15 minutes 4.0 mph 0% - Bike 75-85 rpm's level 5, EFX 4.0-4.5 mph level 4 Abs: Cable Twist 2 x 12, Weighted Stability Ball Crunch 2 x 20 Did you move your body today? Good for you Sandra! I read on the WLS in your 40s board how great you've been doing with your weight loss and in such a short time! I really believe excercising is the key to long term success with this! You are on your way! Keep up the good work! Lori

40 minutes step and abs, 15 minutes each elliptical and arm pedaler. Best of luck. Kasey 365/210 (nonop)

Sounds great Kasey! I think I'd like to try the arm pedaler. Any tips for me? Lori

Hi Lori. I never used the arm pedaler until I had physical therapy for my torn rotator cuff last year. I think it's helped me get some definition in my upper arms. As always, start slowly, at the minimum resistance setting. Be sure you are seated a safe distance -- too far away, and you'll risk overextending; too close and you could impinge your shoulder or elbow. And be sure to do both directions. I usually pedal 10 minutes forward and 10 minutes backward. Best of luck. Kasey 365/210 (nonop
