I'm here ... bones creaking, back hurting, knees aching, hips griping ... life is good!!! Guess my walk yesterday was a bit much cause today I feel like I've been run over by buffalo. BUT ... it's 60 degrees here today ... overcast but fresh smelling, so I'm going for another walk this afternoon. Only way to stop feeling like roadkill is to get back out there. ((((everyone!!!)))) Good morning all. I wish we were getting rain. We are getting ice and later lucky us, we get to have snow on top! Been up for hrs. and feeling better today. Got the meds down (looking forward to not having to crush them) got a potein drink in and some cream of wheat. My dh is vacuming for me right now. What a MAN. Cindy
