I GOT THE CALL I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR! The Union City Kaiser Psych Department called me with an appointment for NEXT WEEK!!! They originally told me no appointments til March or April! They had a cancellation, and I GOT IT!!!! Whooo Hoooo!!! My appointment is on February 22nd at 7:30AM in Union City.
I'm so happy. Once I pass this hurdle (the psych evaluation), I can finally be referred by my physician to the Bariatrics Department in South San Francisco for approval for the surgery. Of course, after that I'll be back to waiting for my next appointment, but hey, at least I'll be an official Bariatrics patient then!
WHOOOO HOOOOO!!!! I AM SOOOO PSYCHED!!!!!
