Gym is Open (Sunday)

Well guys, yesterday I told you I was taking the weekend off from exercising and I did yesterday. Today, I woke up to 6+ inches of snow, so I've spent the last 45 minutes shoveling...it is still snowing, so after my radio show, I'm sure I'll be coming home to more. Did you move your body today? Snow on the ground here too, and cold, cold, cold. I've been totally sedentary this weekend working on members' profiles ... trying to get ahead of the game since I'm having the gallbladder procedure mid-week. Just looked out the window and dang-nabbit it's snowing again. (Can you tell I DON'T like snow? ) Everyone bundle up! (mumbling under my breath here ... dang that groundhog anyway!!!) Myra
