Good Morning Smos! OOOOOOOOOOOOO..............I have to vent this morning!!! My DH and I went to the movies yesterday. It was in a little renovated theater downtown. This is a tiny place anyways........and the sound isnt all that great to begin with. Not 2 seats away from me sat a woman and her daughter chewing gum and snapping it I dont know about you guys........but my tolerance level is pretty low these days. I shhhhhhhh'sed her...........I glared at her...........I wished I had my own gum to crack(although I never learned how to do that one). The movie was Steven Spielbergs Munich I should have known when I heard the name Spielberg that it was going to be loooooooooooooong And we were sitting in the middle of the row with people on both sides.(I practically was intimate with the man/woman I had to crawl over to get there!!) Just cuz DH has legs that are 7 feet long.....he forgets about my stumps. Anyways, I know, I know...........just be happy hubby took me there......be happy I had eyes to see that snore of a movie with.........and ears to hear the garbled soundtrack. HMMMMMMMM............SOMONE needs to quit her complaining Heres to a GREAT Monday! willbyinprisonsoonformurderingagumsnapper

hi again. i'll trade you movies. i saw elizabethtown yesterday with my sisters. it deals with the main character's father's death - in case you haven't seen it. and i really, really was not glad to have been there and seen it, either. guess i'm not yet ready for that. spent saturday with hubby, fil, and 15 yo daughter at a HAMMS BEER SIGN CONVENTION at the request of my dh. then we brought dad in law back to his house. he stayed with us for the week to have cataract surgery done. good thing i've got today off work. i need some quality ME time. gonna enjoy doing nothing - if i can. hope your day goes well, willby. take it easy dorthe

If there's one thing we can count on with you, it's that you're going to keep us in stitches! Too Funny!!! *I write this as I'm sitting here chewing some Calcium gum ... Estroven Calci-Fresh ... tastes Ooooooooooooookay until the required 5 mins is up and then (*zap*!) it tastes like I would imagine tar would taste. (And NO I do NOT use this as my MAIN calcium supplement, but it can't hurt to have a bit extra since that's the one supplement I have trouble with.) So as I've been reading ... I tried to *pop* it and no go. I'll just have to think up another way of irritating you, Will-Be Myra (yuk I gotta get this stuff outta my mouth!)

Willby I know what you mean sweetie. Several years ago my Mother, nephew, his friend, and I all went to the movies. Well right behind me sat this lady chewing her gum and she sounded like a flipping cow chewing her cud. I had a really hard time sitten thro the movie and never really did enjoy it. Cause all I could hear was this chomping sound in my ears. My mother wouldnt let me say anything (god bless her heart). Anyhow after the movie was over with and we were standing up to go. The lady behind me reached over me and tapped my nephew on the shoulder. Lo and behold it was one of his teacher from his school. She told him "Well Chris if I would of known you was sitten in front of me". "I would of done something to annoy you". At which point I think I remember my head spinning completely around on my shoulders. And I very nicely stated. "Thank God because after listening to you chew with your mouth open for the last 2 hours like a cow. "I dont think we would of both made it out of here alive if you did anymore to annoy me". And I very nicely grabbed my purse and walked out of the theater. Leaveing my Mother, Nephew, his friend, and his Teacher and her date or what ever. Standing there with all there mouths hanging open. Sorry your story brought back memories. LOL Thanks for the good lol tho Melissa

Gum, Cell Phones, Unrulely Children, Loud Laughers and Loud Talkers Shouldn't be allow to enter the Movies So i agree with you Wilby and never take anyone who asks you questions about a movie that you have never seen Either you will want to hurt them to !
