Surgeversary!!!

Hi everybody, I just wanted to let everybody know that today is my son's surgeversary! 2 years ago he had lap RNY and has done great so far. He has gotten alittle off target...(he doesn't get sick if he eats the wrong food etc) This distresses me alittle..but you moms out there know..You can't tell a 23 year old ANYTHING..cause they know it all right??? I got this surgery because I could see his success. His surgery was very uneventful..but good ole mom had an open procedure with a 14 day hospital stay. I am so greatful for this website as a support to me. My son wouldn't go to support group and I think he had very little information..he doesn't think he needs it. Anyways, he has his day off today...so we are all gonna go out and do something FUN!! I hope all of you have a great day! HugsGinger aka proud Mom

Hi Ginger You have one of those too huh? How did we ever get to be this old in life without our kids imparting their vast wisdom on us. Hi Willby, You are sooo right....We are currently having a debate about his taxes. Our tax guy did the figuring..and long story short..he owes like $150.00 to the feds....he has been going around work and asking what they are getting back. He thinks our tax guy is trying to rip-him-off. We are like, what possible reason or gain would he have to give you a zero refund??? It is soo much fun when this kids have all the answers..I just gotta bite my tongue and smile...kids these days!!! Have a great oneGinger
