Finally Got a Surgery Date....

Hello everyone it has been a long time since I have anything to you all. Some of you may or may not know. But I was schedule on 12/14/05 to have RYN wls. But 4 days prior to the surgeron had second thoughts and spoke with another specialist in the wls field who suggested not to do teh RYN but the Adjustable Lap Band instead. I knew that I would have to go into intensive care unit for a few days. But my surgeron said that instead of a few days in ICU it would be for a few weeks. And the biggest thing that he was afraid of was. If I got just the slightest infection(which is very common to do) it could kill me. So there for he decided to cancel that RYN surgery and I had to go back to my other surgeon who I was suppose to had do teh RYN anyway...but he went into his own shop now. But I will be having surgery on MARCH 20th at 7:30 a.m.@Presbyterian Hospital. Thanks again for all your prayers and words of encouragement. Denise
