Hi Guys, Well today is the day my trainer wants me to do what he calls a "triathlon". Which is 15 mins on the eliptical, 15 minutes on the treadmill, then 15 minutes on the stationary bike, then 5 minute walk on the track and then cable twists and stability ball weighted abdominal crunches. I did this, except, my knee started bothering me again on the eliptical, so I only did 8 minutes on it, then moved on. Damned knees! What did you do today to move? Lori 384/250.5/168

Hi Lori! I'm still pre-op.... waiting on insurance. I'm about to go bonkers! I'm trying to get into a habit of exercising. I plan doing water aerobics this evening. Sorry to hear about the knees... but that does sound like an awful lot of work!! I can't wait to do some different types of exercising. I'm only doing the water aerobics and walking...better than nothing though Hope they get better! April

April, Getting into the habit of exercising as a pre-op is a great idea. You will get through the surgery much better as well. Water aerobics is perfect! Then when you've dropped 75 to 100 lbs and feel like venturing out to other exercises, woohoo, you'll be ready! Thanks for the good wishes. Lori 384/250.5/168
