Finally!

I have been plateaued at 490 for about 5 weeks, even as recently as Thursday, but today-down 10 pounds. 480!!! Finally. That is 178 down. YEAH! I am going to Houston Thursday for the surgeon's mandatory informational meeting. Then I go on the 9th to a new PCP, then on to various consultations...hoops, hoops, hoops...

Good for you!! You are a total inspiration!!! You should be so very proud of yourself!!! Those hoops will be nothing compared to what you've already been through!!
