I know this question has been asked a million times but, I am bored with soups. Any new ideas or suggestions would be very much appreciated. Thanks so much.

Loucinda, My favorite is fat free cottage cheese. A cup will give you 26 grams of protein. It goes down well too (at least for most people). Lori

My list: 1) Peanut butter (I lick it off a spoon in 1 T increments) 2) Cheese (I love colby) 3) Egg (not "eggs" -- you can eat one at the most) 4) Yoghurt (I hate the stuff, but most people love it) 5) Mashed potatoes (I add 1% and cheese to put some protein in it) These things are good, too (not high protein, but we need a little variety): 6) Fruit juice and water popsicles (I bought a mold that makes 4 ounce popsicles. I mix 1 ounce water with 3 ounces juice. My favorite ar ones made with Juicy Juice fruit punch. It's 100% juice with no sugar added, and each of those popsicles is about 40 calories). 7) Mashed sweet potatoes. 8) Apple Sauce

Too add to one of the other suggestions.. I added a little spagghetti sauce, moz cheese, and seasonings to cottage cheese and warmed it up.. Made it almost taste like lasagne.. You could also try pudding.. I added a little protein powder to my pudding mixes to get a little extra boost.. Think hard and get creative.. there are a million different things you can try.. Sorry but I just cant think of many myself right now.. Good luck Amber
