i've just tried to stick with recommended program...i don't even know yet if i dump on sugar as i have faithfully avoided sugar for 13 months. i don't eat any bread as of yet either. i just stick with protein foods (i lived on canned chicken and tuna for many months, with some cheese thrown in!)...and i still rely heavily on chicken and fish...with cheese, still (i love cheese), and some fruits and veggies.
i haven't been a really faithful exerciser until the last few weeks. although just my regular life-activities are so much more these days than in the past that i guess i get alot more exercise just living than i used too!
