Wanted to thank everyone who has responded to my post it has made me feel that I am not alone through this big life changing adventure. Got to work this weekend doing food demo's at Target. I also worked yesterday at a local grocery doing a demo. I do like my job just need more hours. I stopped this BP medication my internist put me on 2 weeks ago. Normally I would not do this but I never had to take BP meds before and yes my pressure is up some but nothing drastic. The past few days which lead me to stopping the meds was I just felt so much pressure in my face and head. I was scared to excert myself at all on Thursday so Friday I did not take it and felt a little better. I had to do lots of stuff with my demo yesterday and I felt ok. Weekends are pretty busy at Target sometimes we get as many as 300 people sampling. I would like to add my pic to my page so if anyone can help me that would be great. Have a great weekend. Annie

Annie Hello, Good Evening I am glad to see you out and posting again and so soon. We use to go to Sam's on the weekend when we were out of things and they always had samples. My DH god bless his heart would joke and say. See and you say I never take you out to eat. lol But he was just joking (guy humor who understands it). Make sure you tell your doctor about what your BP med is doing to you. I hope you have a good weekend. Take Care Melissa
