Okay, not for me. I'm sick today. I skipped the gym and I'm staying home from work. The sore throat from yesterday is a full fledged head cold today...Although, it felt strange not going to the gym...I'm so used to it now. What did you do to move your body today? Lori 384/250.5/168

Lori, Boy it was so hard to get up today to go to the gym! I was so tired, but I did make it. The trainer Im working with wants me to lighten up a little since Im going 5 days a week.. So today he had me work arms & shoulders for 30 minutes.. Then I spent 8 minutes on the elliptical, 15 minutes on the treadmill, and finally 5 minutes on the stair master.. That was a full workout for me! It felt great once it was over with, but I was exhausted! Im trying to get used to all the different machines they have. What ever happened to just a bike and treadmill?? Now days there are so many different machines I feel lost.. Slowly Ill try them all out and decide which ones I like best. So far the elliptical is the one that I hate the most but it gives me a great workout.. Hope you feel better soon! Get lots of rest and drink plenty of water! Amber

Amber, Dragging yourself to the gym some days is the way it is. But, once it is something you do every day, you will be like me in that you really have a hard time not going! It takes 2 to 3 months to get to that point. But, it is so worth it. The great thing about working with a trainer is that they keep changing what you do so you body doesn't get used to anything. Once the body gets used to exercise, it quits making progress. I really hate the eliptical too, but, it does give the best workout. I'm once again taking a break from it due to problems with my knees, but, I keep trying it from time to time, because I'm hoping that as I lose more weight, my knees can tolerate that damned eliptical! I sweat the most on this, so it has got to be working right? I'm so happy you are doing this! Lori P.S. I'm really hitting the fluids today!

Willby, If you keep up this walking, you soon will not have a "big old butt"! I can't believe how much mine has reduced! Keep it up, you are doing great. I'm still sick today. My nose ran all night! Lori
