Oh My Back!
I made a huge mistake yesterday and Im paying the price today.. I didnt wear good supportive panties to the gym yesterday- which doesnt sound that bad, but let me assure you that it is! My stomache hangs so low that it puts a lot of strain on my back everyday. I have found that if I wear girdle type panties that it helps.
Now today my back hurts so bad I can barely move! I have an appt with my Dr in the morning to get something for the pain and to have them document the pain and this lovely rash that I have now.. My insurance will cover a tummy tuck if problems are documented, so Im trying to document every little rash and any pain..
Until my back is feeling better I wont be going back to the gym. And I sure wont attempt to go without the supportive panties!

WOW!
Sorry
to hear about your pain.
. When your back hurts there is nothing right in this world
... I hope they can help
you. Maybe a heating pad??
On the good side if there could be a good side.. this does make it look better for a TT.
And I am trying very hard not to make jokes about the bad things that happen when you forget to wear panties....I won't even ask where they were and how you forgot them... nope not me....
Just kidding
WLS Chik,
Let me just clear this up! I had panties on, just not good supportive ones!! LMAO...
Ive been laying on a heating pad all morning trying to get my back to ease up a little.. It hasnt helped but the doctor called and said if I cant take the pain anymore to take a demerol and sleep through it...
I think Im about all set for the tummy tuck... as far as the documentation goes.. I have a constant rash under this huge flab on my tummy.. No matter what I do it doesnt seem to clear up.. Now if I can just get them to cover my thighs Ill be all set!!
Your day is coming- soon you will be on here with all these fun and lovely problems!! Thanks for making me atleast laugh today.. I needed that!

Amber,
I have lower back problems too from my hanging tummy. One thing that really helps is I bought these 2 small inflatable balls, called "miracle balls". The are about 5 inches each. You put them under your back and just lay on them. Wow, do they help! If you have a stability ball or access to one, lay on it as well. It doesn't work as good as those little balls that do the right pressure points, but, it does help relieve the pain.
