Gym is Open (Wednesday)

No gym for me! I just got back from the doctor and was told to stay out of the gym 100% for atleast 1 week.. Ive torn a couple muscles that run along the ribs to the back.. Thats what the back pain is from!! I tore them last month when I was sick and since I kept going to the gym I just made things worse.. I was told to give it a couple weeks and then start back SLOWLY!!
So I guess Ill just have to suffer for a week, then go back to the gym and start all over again! I did ask if I could atleast use the bike and treadmill.. Im okay to use the bike 3 times a week as long as I take it easy.. So maybe Ill go a couple times a week.. They dont want me on the treadmill as it requires you to use some of the muscles that I have damaged..
