protein shake flavors

I finally found one that, well actually two, that don't suck - it is Spiru-Tein brand Peaches & Cream and Cookies & Cream. The Cookies & Cream done with skim milk and ice in a blender tastes like an OREO milkshake!!!! Damn tasty!!! Much Love - Jeremy

Hi Jereny, where do you buy them at? I found Muscle Milk and had been drinking that for almost 10 months until I found out I wasn't able too because of high calories. Now I am searching high and low for one that I can drink without gaging. I would love to try this new one. Rosie

i'm a huge fan of the advantedge carb-control ready-to-drink shakes. they have limited flavors (choc, strawberry, vanilla) at walmart. but i found that at the EAS website, they have many flavors. i actually like to drink them! cookies & cream, and cafe caramel are my favs! deb -236

I just tried a pina colada by elite whey. YUMMY I used water and lots of ice tasted almost like a real one sans alcohol. It is a little high in calories 112 1.5 gms fat 2.5 carbs 1g sugar 23g protein per scoop. But i may use it as a treat. Jenn 5 days to go!!!!!!

i havent been able to stomach one in twenty years. i have found the bonanza in a "nutrilite" product called xs protein shake. chocolate is unbelievable, strawberry and vanilla not quite so stupendous but i never liked either in my life. 220 calories, i gm sugar, 6 gm carbs and are you ready? 35 gms protein. when i just cant handle food at any meal this is the ticket. all this in 11 ounces. nutrilite is on the internet . best to ya dave blender is not necessary here
