Gym is Open (Sunday & Monday)
I never posted yesterday...I also didn't exercise. But I did this morning. I'm still coughing, but, I'm back to my early workout routine. Hopefully, it will help this to go away!
Here is what I did today:
20 minutes on Treadmill at 3.5 mph
SB Reverse Crunch 3 x 15
Stability Ball Weighted Oblique Crunch 3 x 10 each
Stability Ball DB Chest Press 3 x 8
Stability Ball DB Pull Over 3 x 8
SB DB Fly 2 x 10
Lat Pull Down Wide Grip 2 x 10
Cable Biceps Curls 2 x 10
V Grip Cable Triceps Extension 2 x 10

some walking on sunday, it seems as if since surgery I have slowed way down on everything. I do beleive surgery does that to a person. Anyway my goal this week is to start doing more exercise in my day.
I bought a treadmill today. I hope it dont become a clothes rack. I did two
5 minutes walks on it today.

I went back to the gym for the first time since contracting bronchitis 10 days ago. I did eight minutes ellpitical and 40 minutes step and abs, half what I usually do. But this is the point after illness when I always get in trouble -- I start to feel better, resume my normal exercise routine too soon, and end up in the emergency room.
So I'm trying to remember to take it easy.
