Gym Is Open (Friday)
Hi Guys!
Here is what I did at the gym this morning:
Weight Training Circuit (Complete 3 cycles)
1. Machine Leg Press 1 x 8
2. Machine Chest Press 1 x 8
3. Cable Seated Row 1 x 8
4. Machine Leg Curls 1 x 8
5. Standing DB Shoulder Press 1 x 8
6. Standing DB Biceps Curls 1 x 8
7. SB Dumbbell Triceps Extension 1 x 8
8. Machine Back Extension 1 x 10
9. SB Crunch 1 x 15
Then for cardio I did 10 minutes on the recumbant bike and 10 minute walk on track, then had to run to a meeting!
