update as of today

Just wanted to let everyone know that on February 14 which was my surgery date I weighed in at 342 and on March 17 I weighed in at 306 and I'm feeling a hell of alot better already. Still having trouble with some foods. Love Heather

Just wanted to drop by and let you know that my family is all in Chambersburg. I glanced at one of yor posts the other day and forgot to mention it. We will be heading there in October because we haven't seen family in almost 3 years. You are doing great with you weight loss. Keep it up!
