Gym Is Open (Monday)
Hi Guys! New week, new resolve to exercise, right?
Here is what I did today:
SB Reverse Crunch 3 x 15
Stability Ball Weighted Oblique Crunch 3 x 10 each
Stability Ball DB Chest Press 3 x 8
Stability Ball DB Pull Over 3 x 8
SB DB Fly 2 x 10
Lat Pull Down Wide Grip 2 x 10
Cable Biceps Curls 2 x 10
V Grip Cable Triceps Extension 2 x 10
For cardio I did 25 minutes on the treadmill.

Actually getting out and living life was my ultimate goal when I had surgery. Lately I have found that I can actually do it too. I do get tired after a couple hours but I keep reminding myself that Im not 20 anymore! Playing in the yard today was great. Running, laughing, and acting foolish.. I felt like a teenager again!
Ive even found that I can take my puppies up to the park and run and play with them without getting so tired that I cant function! I can do it all..
In a couple weeks the real test will come. We are going to Busch Gardens for a couple days.. We plan 1 day to ride all the rides, then the next day to watch the shows, wander through and see the animals, and do the sight seeing type things.. Both days will be filled with walking from opening to closing.. If I can make it both days then I can honestly say that Im ready to take on the world! Now keep your fingers crossed that I can fit into the rides!!
