No actual gym for me! We played in the yard for an hour! The DH and I played badmitton until we were both sweaty and tired! Lots of exercise there!! Im actually more tired now then I am when I leave the gym!! Amber

Amber, This is great! I always tell my trainer that my goal is not to see how much weights or how much I can ultimately do at the gym, but, that I want to do more in my life!!! You are doing it baby! Good for you! Lori

Lori, Actually getting out and living life was my ultimate goal when I had surgery. Lately I have found that I can actually do it too. I do get tired after a couple hours but I keep reminding myself that Im not 20 anymore! Playing in the yard today was great. Running, laughing, and acting foolish.. I felt like a teenager again! Ive even found that I can take my puppies up to the park and run and play with them without getting so tired that I cant function! I can do it all.. In a couple weeks the real test will come. We are going to Busch Gardens for a couple days.. We plan 1 day to ride all the rides, then the next day to watch the shows, wander through and see the animals, and do the sight seeing type things.. Both days will be filled with walking from opening to closing.. If I can make it both days then I can honestly say that Im ready to take on the world! Now keep your fingers crossed that I can fit into the rides!! Amber

Hi, Lori. Great workout! I'm still experiencing lingering fatigue and shortness of breath from bronchitis, which I contracted nearly three weeks ago. But I dragged myself through 10 minutes on the elliptical and 40 mintes in step and abs class. Best of luck. Kasey 365/210 (nonop)

Kasey, I'm sorry to hear you still have the fatigue, but, man, this stuff can hang on! I'm still coughing from the cold I had a couple of weeks ago. I do think it is good to return to exercise for both of us! Lori
