BMI of 67 to 22... Yee-ha!
I read through the posts and look back over my 4.5 yr journey thus far. From a BMI of 67 to 22. From a size 28/30 to an 8. From 67" hips to 34." From a 4X to a sm/med. From 375 lbs to 125 lbs. WoW
It is nothing short of remarkable. Hard work, but remarkable none-the-less. I don't know where I found the strength at times and I continue to look for strength and support where ever and when ever it is available.
I thank all of the people at ObesityHelp for sharing their stories, their woes, their photos, their successes and, yes, sometimes their troubles. You are the life's blood of this web site and support system.
As my dear friend T... has said to me many times... I say it to you...
"The best is yet to come!"

Annie,
Congratulations on all your effort not only in loosing the weight, but keeping it off. It is nothing short of a miracle when you look back to where you came from to where you are now. You worked the tool diligently and for this I applaud you.
You hit the nail on the head when you stated, "OH folks are the life's blood of this web site and support system". Each person has their own inspiring journey to share, these folks are always in standby mode to help those that stumble along the journey, they will pick you up and dust you off.
Kudos to you!!! Keep on inspiring us!!!!!
Mary
