Lori- 45 minutes on the eliptical today!! Planning on taking the puppies for a walk later this evening, and doing a little more yard work.. Amber

Amber, I'm very impressed with you doing 45 minutes on the eliptical! I'm good for about 10 minutes on that thing, then my knees start giving me fits! I hope I can do it more someday as I think I get a better workout on it as opposed to the treadmill...at least my heart rate goes up faster. Anyway, good for you...so great seeing you so active! Lori

Deb, Good for you. Once you get into a regular schedule of exercise, it becomes easier to just go each day...takes a couple of months of adhering to the schedule, but, it really does happen! Lori
