I'm very impressed with you doing 45 minutes on the eliptical! I'm good for about 10 minutes on that thing, then my knees start giving me fits! I hope I can do it more someday as I think I get a better workout on it as opposed to the treadmill...at least my heart rate goes up faster.
Anyway, good for you...so great seeing you so active!
