It has been awhile since anyone has posted any questions so I thought I would do it. I have just got my butt out of bed. I am eating a egg. I find that if I eat while on computer I eat slower. Well just about all the snow we received the yestereday is melted offf already. I may get dressed today and go to town. lI just dont know what I would do when I get there. love marie 1. what do you do in your spare time? like any of us really have any spare time. If it is nice out I like to take my dogs to the park. They just love it down there. They can run and You know on all the trees. lots of trees there. 2. What do you do to get in all the protein? I have been having a rule of if it dont have protein in it. It does not touch my mouth. I have been having a distaste for CIB lately and have drank that most of my life. I have not broke out my samples yet. I thought I would give my taste buds another week to settle down. 3. How long since your surgery and how much can you eat? Or if preop how are you preparing for the difference in amount of food to eat? I can eat about 2 to 3 ounces. I am still eating soft food. I bought some anchor hocking dishes with lids that hold only a cup so they work well in hlelping to control the portions. sort of a pre portion type thing. 4. What is your favorite song? I hate to admit these. but it is My Maria by brooks and dunn 5. Do you way yourself everyday? Yes I have been, put I dont now how accurate my scales are. I figure it will be a accountability thing. If I know everyday what I am doing then I know how I need to adjust my diet. Does that make since. Anyway according to my scale I have lost 25 pds since Fabruary 28.

Hi Marie! 1. These days, I go on the computer, or sleep. Some day when I can walk better, I would like to go for walks on the beach or in the park like I used to many many many years ago. 2. Protein shakes, and canned tuna or chicken are the easiest and work best for me. 3. Three months post-op this week. I eat 1000-1300 calories on most days, 80-100 g of protein on most days too. 4. Too many to pick just one. 5. No way! Mental torture for me, especially since I am losing very s-l-o-w-l-y! All that up and down with water weight etc., every day would kill me. I only weigh myself once a month at support meetings, or if I have an appt. with my surgeon. Huggs, Ruth

Thanks for doing the questions Rie Rie!! 1. I love to read.. watch tv and get on here LOL 2. I am still hunting for a protein drink that doesn't taste and smell like spoiled baby formula... I can't use Sucralose or Aspartame so my choices are limited. 3.I am the queen of all label readers.. I was SHOCKED when I started paying attention to the crap and garbage I'd been living on. The diabetes kind of gave me a taste of the life of a pre-op .. No sugar and several small meals instead of just pigging out... 4. ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING by Trace Adkins 5. no weigh jose!!
