I was out late last night, so getting up at 4:30 am for the gym really sucked but I did it! I did a 60 minute circuit jazzercise class this morning. What did you do to move your body today? Lori 384/246.5/168

Well being SMO, has limited what I can do. I try to get exercise whenever and wherever possible. I'm down for whatever gets me moving... I'm shaking it to Shakira "Hips don't Lie" its 3.37 minutes that are off the ritcher scale at my house.

Good for you Katherine! Do what you can and little by little you can do more. Especially after you are all healed up from your weight loss surgery! Do you have it scheduled yet? Lori 384/246.5/168

Hi Lori, I did 43 minutes on my gazelle. I did a little over three miles and burned 400 calories. That was the first time I got on since last year. Hubby moved it to put up the Christmas tree back in Nov. and he moved it back the other day. I've got to back on my routine. Diana 379/177/? 5'6"

Wow Diana, that is great! I think the number of calories you burned for your current weight sounds like a lot. I may have to try one of those! Lori

Today (and also Tuesday) I did two water aerobics classes. I did a 45 minute shallow end class that involves a lot of jumping and frenetic movement and then stuck aound for a 45 minute deep end class that involves a lot of fast swimming and a good 10 minutes of ab strengthening. We also do something called "whitewater" in sprints. I was pretty tired both nights, but I needed the workout. I got a new bathing suit that I wore for the first time tonight. It doesn't hide my gut as well as the old one (which has pretty much disintegrated), but it fits and it doesn't fall off when I exercise.

Good for you Rebecca! I had the same problem with the swimming suit that was disintegrating and starting to fall off! I feel much more secure now! Don't worry about whether or not it hides your gut...you are in the right place and everyone should know that! Keep it up. Lori 384/246.5/168
