Gym Is Open (Thursday)
Today (and also Tuesday) I did two water aerobics classes. I did a 45 minute shallow end class that involves a lot of jumping and frenetic movement and then stuck aound for a 45 minute deep end class that involves a lot of fast swimming and a good 10 minutes of ab strengthening. We also do something called "whitewater" in sprints. I was pretty tired both nights, but I needed the workout.
I got a new bathing suit that I wore for the first time tonight. It doesn't hide my gut as well as the old one (which has pretty much disintegrated), but it fits and it doesn't fall off when I exercise.
