New week! Here is what I did today: Cardio: Treadmill 25 min at 4.0 mph Weights SB Reverse Crunch 3 x 15 Stability Ball Weighted Oblique Crunch 3 x 10 each Stability Ball DB Chest Press 3 x 8 Stability Ball DB Pull Over 3 x 8 SB DB Fly 2 x 10 Lat Pull Down Wide Grip 2 x 10 Cable Biceps Curls 2 x 10 V Grip Cable Triceps Extension 2 x 10 What did you do to move your body today? My normal 25 min on the elliptical today.. The rest of the day has been laying on the couch and in bed trying to kick this migraine without taking narcotics! So far it hasnt worked.. Gonna have to give up and give myself a shot or it will never go away!! Amber

Amber, So sorry to hear about the migraine! Hopefully, you will reach a point in your life when they go away. I used to have them back in my 20s and early 30s. Now I'm 45 and haven't had them in years... Lori

I had a very busi day and next to no time to exercise. the best I could do is a 30 minute walk at lunch. I will do better tomarrow! Had a great weekend. Put a shade garden in under my HUGE Silver Maple. Lots of work but so FUN. Deb 392/284/180

Mondays and Fridays are my PACE days ... an hour long arthritis and flexibility exercise class at my hospital. And Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays are my aqua-exercise days ... also an hour. So I swam and PACED yesterday ... then did Wallie World for an hour. MJ
