Crying Spell
Still no word from the WLS but I have completed all my test and even some retest.
The other day I was in the OH general chat and met a new person and saw her befores and afters.
She was my present weight going into her surgery.
She has had to have lots of plastic surgery for the hanging skin.
She looks great now I think she is wearing a 2-4 oh my I never have or could imagine wearing that size.
So on her page she has made a tribute to a friend who did not make it.
He got through surgery but had complecations two days later.
The lady told me her friend was having trouble getting his BP up.
In fact there is an article about her friend in the new OH magazine I just got.
Also I just cant seem to get motivated about working out.
I used to be a real gym rat always there almost everyday.
I keep telling myself I want to be in top cardiac shape before I do this .
I must admit this story about her friend has me stressing big time.
Any advice would be great.
Annie

Annie,
It is so great that you are smoke free!!!!
This is a risky surgery. We all know that going in. But, we are all at very great risk by being super morbidly obese...at least when you have the surgery you have a very good chance of really regaining health!
