Hi Guys! Here is what I did this morning: Cardio: Treadmill 35 minutes (5 min @ 3.0 mph 0%, 30 min @ 4.5 mph @ 2.5%) Weights SB Table Top 3 x 60 sec Machine Back Extension 3 x 10 SB Wall Squat 3 x 8 Machine Leg Curls 2 x 10 Machine Leg Extension 2 x 10 Stability Ball Single Leg DB Shoulder Press 2 x 10 Machine Calf Raise 2 x 15 Can I say I feel like dead meat right now??? Hi Lori, I did 35 minutes on the gazelle (2.25 miles). I'm going to try and get back on it in a little while. I'm off today and have lots of Cinderella chores to do. LOL and I'm so addicted to OH. I wish I had a excercise bike with a lap top computer. Have a great day. Diana 379/176/?

Hi Lori, I like my gazelle. I have it in the living room in a corner. I like that I can use it and watch tv, makes the time go by faster. I also like that it tells you how many miles you do and how many calories you burned. It's very low impact. I really enjoy walking with my support group. It's just a little far. I would love to have a gym membership. They are just so expensive. My Dh wants to join a gym too. Diana

sounds like a great workout Lori! Can't wait to be able to do more physically myself. Today I walked at the park I work out. That was about .8 mile, 15 minutes. After work, I have a water aerobics class that lasts for 45 min. I'm trying to prepare myself for surgery in 13 more days (whoo hoo!) April

April, It is so great you are doing this exercise pre-op. You will have a easier experience once you are post op! Good for you! You will love the freedom of shedding the weight!!!! Lori 384/245/168

Great workout, Lori! Today was the first time in a month that I did at least an hour of exercise and it felt awesome! I really missed my grueling workouts. 10 minutes treadmill, 20 minutes arm pedaler, 40 minutes step and abs. Best of luck. Kasey 365/210 (nonop)
