Gym Is Open (Wednesday)

Here is what I did this morning:
Cardio: Treadmill 35 minutes (5 min @ 3.0 mph 0%, 30 min @ 4.5 mph @ 2.5%)
Weights
SB Table Top 3 x 60 sec
Machine Back Extension 3 x 10
SB Wall Squat 3 x 8
Machine Leg Curls 2 x 10
Machine Leg Extension 2 x 10
Stability Ball Single Leg DB Shoulder Press 2 x 10
Machine Calf Raise 2 x 15
Can I say I feel like dead meat right now???

Hi Lori,
I like my gazelle. I have it in the living room
in a corner. I like that I can use it and watch
tv, makes the time go by faster. I also like that
it tells you how many miles you do and how many
calories you burned. It's very low impact. I really
enjoy walking with my support group. It's just
a little far. I would love to have a gym membership.
They are just so expensive. My Dh wants to join a
gym too.

sounds like a great workout Lori! Can't wait to be able to do more physically myself.
Today I walked at the park I work out. That was about .8 mile, 15 minutes. After work, I have a water aerobics class that lasts for 45 min. I'm trying to prepare myself for surgery in 13 more days (whoo hoo!)
