Here in the peach state its really nice. Sunny and going to be 82 today. Cant ask for better than that. By Sunday suppossed to be 85. I have house cleaning to do and am listening to seventies music.Then think im gonna hit the lawnmower. Already charged up the battery!! ( dont worry Sue, Candy, and Deb... No cats this time lol) hope everybody is enjoying there Friday!!!!

You're a better "man" than me if you're able to mow ... that's still not on my back's agenda. I have a lovely gentleman that mows for me. He mows all summer, and I pay him all winter (the set up he wants because his income is like mine ... fixed... and it helps him with his winter utility bills). In fact this set up helps me with MINE because AC bills kill me during the summers here yet my winter bills aren't bad ... (so it works for both of us).
I'm not EVEN going to ask about the CAT comment ... don't think I want to know about that

Good Morning Myra and Fellow SMO'S!! The Weather Bug says it's 64 here today and (if you can believe this) it's STILL raining!! I think the Hawaiian Islands are going to float away!! 
Thankfully they repaired the road over on Kauai hopefully all this rain won't wa**** out again. It doesn't look like it's going to let up until NEXT week. I talked to a girl who's lived here her whole life and said she's never seen this much rain.
It's cool but kinda muggy. Everything has turned into an orange muddy mess and the lakes, streams and oceans are being polluted with sewage and run off. I sure hope it ends soon because I'm missing that beautiful blue ocean water.
Have no plans for today except for totally harrassing the message lady at the clini****il my doctor calls to tell me she faxed off my stress test!! I can't believe these people, I said THIS is IMPORTANT I'm waiting on a surgery date!! She said okay I'll leave her another message. My primary didn't have another opening until April 7th and I said I don't want to wait that long PLEASE just have her fax this test off to my surgeon...OMG do I have to go up there and fax it myself???!!! Geeze o'Pete what in the heck does someone have to do to get the ball rolling???
My husband has some time off today so I've ordered him to spend some time with the children. We've been shut up in the house together for several weeks now and I'm about to blow my top!!
WHEWW do I have cabin fever and kiditis!!! My mom used to say that I've got Kiditis....it meant she's had enough of us kids and to beat it!!
Okay off to harrass the message lady..she is sooo sweet but she spells EVERYTHING that she is typing..it's hard for me not to giggle..

It's a bit cloudy in Colorado today, but the weather is supposed to be in the 60s for the new few days. Of course, this is Colorado, so that can change in a heartbeat. The state motto is, "If you don't like the weather, wait a half-hour."
When I lived in St. Louis, my two favorite seasons there were spring and fall. Spring is St. Louis is so pretty, especially after the cold, icky, grey winter. One year, I was cheated out of spring when the weather went from freezing to broiling in one day.
I'm feeling pretty good today. I attended my first pre-surgery class on Wed (my HMO requires ten weeks of classes prior to surgery). We get weighed every week, and I'm down another 10 lbs, for a total of 60 lbs lost! This modified Optifast diet (1200 cals) is working wonders in terms of my pre-op weight loss. I have already exceeded the 10% my surgeon required, and I'm doing so well on the Optifast that I plan to stay on it until surgery.
Nothing special planned today, other than some exercising on my arm bike and basking in my success thus far.
