This was my 3 times through the weight circuit day: Weight Training Circuit (Complete 3 cycles) 1. Machine Leg Press 1 x 8 2. Machine Chest Press 1 x 8 3. Cable Seated Row 1 x 8 4. Machine Leg Curls 1 x 8 5. Standing DB Shoulder Press 1 x 8 6. Standing DB Biceps Curls 1 x 8 7. SB Dumbbell Triceps Extension 1 x 8 8. Machine Back Extension 1 x 10 9. SB Crunch 1 x 15 Cardio 10. Bike 15 minutes at 90 rpm's level 3 What did you do to move your body today? Lori 384/245/168

Sandra, I'm so sorry you are having this problem. I mix 2 tablespoons of benefiber in a no carb sports drink every day. I also eat a pretty high fiber diet. I guess it is left overs from all the dieting I've done in the past. Hopefully, you doctor will have a suggestion for you! Lori

Hi Lori, Ok so I know that you know that exercising is a big deal for me:-l I am continuing to see the psychologist that saw me for my psych eval. I decided that such a big change in my life needs a person with some letters after his/her name She is helping me with behavior modification regarding exercise. She gave me some homework to do for our next session next week. She said I don't have to walk three miles or go downstairs to use the exercise room or join a gym. I'm okay with all that--but she said I have to walk around the house for at least 1-2 minutes a day a few times a day. She said before I get on my computer because my computer is to me like television is to most people. I want to report that I have walked around the house for 2 whole minutes Plus I did the laundry downstairs. Mary
