Gym Is Open (Saturday)
Well, we know Deb did some serious walking today, with successfully completing the 5k, then going to 4 stores and shopping, woohoo for Deb!
I am working the radio station's fundraiser this weekend and next, but, when I was done today, I still made it to the gym and did:
35 minutes treadmill at 3.5 mph
15 minutes eliptical
stability ball weighted crunches
cable twists
