Sorry guys, never made it to the computer yesterday. I also never made it to the gym. I spent 9 hours fundraising at the radio station where I'm a deejay. Today, I haven't exercise yet, but, my plan is to go on a 3 mile walk... What did you do to move your body today? Lori

Going to walk this afternoon too, Lori ... didn't make it to the pool this morning. :o( I did do some stretch bands this morning, but didn't really break a sweat at it (if you get my drift). Can't seem to kick myself into high gear today for some reason ... maybe tomorrow will be a better day all way around. Myra

Did you walk Myra! I just did. It is a beautiful day, finally feels like spring in Utah. I wonder what New Orleans is gonna feel like tomorrow?

I had a ball Sunday, for the first time in over 20 years I went bike riding. Just 2 miles at the park, but it was gourgous out and the perfect day for out door exercise. After the bike ride we walked the 2 mile course. Monday was slow, did a FEW (4-5) arm machines at the gym, a couple for the back ****rcuit not 2) then did 1.5 on the stationary bike. This evening I took about 1 mile walk around the neighborhood. Basically just rested up. Deb 392/277/225

Really sounds great Deb! Doesn't it feel so good to be able to do this stuff? Even if it seems slow at times? Lori 384/245/168

I went on a roadtrip that lasted from Thursday afternoon through yesterday afternoon. I drove from Toledo to Alpharetta, GA, for a friend's wedding (it was fabulous). On the way down, I stayed in Berea, KY and on the way back, I stayed in Lexington. I swam half a mile in hotel pools in both places. After the wedding on Saturday (and after the amazing reception -- mmmm, wedding cake), I tried to use the outdoor pool at the GA hotel. It was 80 degrees outside, so I figured it would be okay. Tha****er was so cold, it was painful. I gave up on it after wading in up to my waist (well, where my waist would be if I had one). I did manage to weigh on the way home. I'm down another 17 pounds, and have lost a total of 126. Tonight: water aerobics. Woo!
