Gym Is Open (Tuesday)

Sorry for the late post. I just arrived in New Orleans. I will be here until Friday. I sure got my exercise today. My gates were changed, then changed back in Atlanta, so boy did I run! I could never have done this 140 lbs ago!!! I fit great in the airline seat too!!!! What did you do to move your body today? Lori 384/245/168

Hi Lori, I did two miles on my gazelle. Congratulations on your wow moment, fitting in an airplane seat. woohoo!! I have always had to ask for a seat belt extender in the past. I'm ready for a plane ride. Have fun in New Orleans. Don't work too hard. Have a great day, Diana 379/176/?

1/2 mile at the local park then we took all three dogs to the conservation area and walked in the woods. I did okay as long as I had a stick to help me keep my balance. The dogs like it. That was it today. long, busy day love marie

I did two water aerobics classes: shallow end and deep end. We did lots of arm work. I like the substitute instructor, but I always miss the more intense work out I'm used to when our usual instructor can't make it.
