Gym Is Open (Friday)

I did 45 minutes of seated aerobics including 600 upper body tortion twists, 1200 leg lifts (both up and down and open/closed to work the thighs), 600 arm lifts and five minutes of stretching. I hate the kid who threw up in my Y pool. Hopefully, all will be okay there by Tuesday (my next class).

Rebecca, I've been through the pool getting closed on me because of kids throwing up or defacating in it...it is madening. Should be open by Tuesday. Sounds like you got a heck of a workout anyway! Lori
