Reaching goal worries...

I am down 100! Never have I ever dreamed of lossing that much weight in such a short period of time! Who am I kidding, never could I have imagined lossing weight period befor the surgery! I am so thankfull for this gift.The worries however start creeping up that wow maybe because I had (have) sooo much to loose was almost 400 and would like to be just under 200 even if it is just 7 pounds under 200, I am just in the nervous stage thinking that the first 100 came so quickly that the next 100 seems out of reach. Really I could not be any more elated! I just wondered if anyone else had the same sort of worries if they are founded or unfounded. Have the greatest day possible!! KERI

greetings keri CONGRATULATIONS on your success so far! wow! you're doing very well. but don't be worried about the next 100. just use your tool, and it will happen! i weighed 463 on the day of my surgery...14 months later, and i'm down to 218. so, just know it can happen! wishing you much continued success! deb (another hoosier!) -245
