Excellent job Lori! I've been riding my exercise bike 40 minutes each day. I'm up to 10.60 miles. I'm working my way up. I hope to get more and more miles as the time passes. Amy

This is the first time that I have posted on this forum and I think it's great that you encourage us to move to lose. I went to the Y this morning, did 9:30 mins on the elliptical, swam 22 lengths (550 metres) and did aquafit. I am trying to get into a steady routine for after my surgery, which is in 2 and a half months. Heather

Heather, You are really doing the right thing! It will also help in your recovery from the surgery! Keep it up! Lori
