Gym Is Open (Monday)
Back in Salt Lake and my regular routine!
Here is what I did this morning:
SB Reverse Crunch 3 x 15
Stability Ball Weighted Oblique Crunch 3 x 10 each
Stability Ball DB Chest Press 3 x 8
Stability Ball DB Pull Over 3 x 8
SB DB Fly 2 x 10
Lat Pull Down Wide Grip 2 x 10
Cable Biceps Curls 2 x 10
V Grip Cable Triceps Extension 2 x 10
For cardio, I did 10 minutes on the eliptical and 20 minutes on the treadmill. My knee is now killing me, so I hope I didn't over do it today!
What did you do to move your body today?

This is the first time that I have posted on this forum and I think it's great that you encourage us to move to lose. I went to the Y this morning, did 9:30 mins on the elliptical, swam 22 lengths (550 metres) and did aquafit. I am trying to get into a steady routine for after my surgery, which is in 2 and a half months.
