Well, my knee hurt all night, so I skipped the gym this morning...I hope it settles down...I really missed going!

Thanks Heather. I may still go to the gym in the morning and at least do the recumbant bike...I don't want to get out of this habit!
16 laps plus aquafit sounds like quite a workout! Good for you!
