Lori, I hope your knee is better. i know what it's like when you miss the gym. This morning I swam 16 laps (400 metres) and did aquafit. Heather

Thanks Heather. I may still go to the gym in the morning and at least do the recumbant bike...I don't want to get out of this habit! 16 laps plus aquafit sounds like quite a workout! Good for you! Lori
