Gym Is Open (Friday)

Still nursing my sore knee, but, took a 15 minute walk and did 15 minutes on the recumbant bike...didn't seem to make it worse. I hope to do water aerobics tomorrow. What did you do to move your body today? Lori 384/245/168

I did 8 min. on the stationary recumbant bike until my knee decided to be rude and ache. Then I did roughly 28 minutes active in the pool. Laps, minor arodics and streaches. Tomorrow I'll be celibrating my birthday so I'll probably just do some crunches on my ball and general streaches to keep everything tight until Sat.
