Hi guys! I took a glorious spring walk for 70 minutes today in the sunshine. I do not know how far I went. I think close to 4 miles. What did you do to move your body today? Lori 384/245/168

I spent a half-hour watering the front lawn, which was so dry it was close to being crispy crittered. Of course, I did that in the morning when the sun was out. It's clouding up this afternoon, and will probably rain/snow/hail/thunder now. Only in Colorado! I also did my one mile of armbike activity. It was one of those armbike days where the entire rountine had me doing this -- Kix

Kix, We have the same weather here in Utah! I also have the occassional workout days where I feel quite frustrated. The point is, we keep going! Consistency! Lori

HI, I just back from the zoo. I think that will be my cario today (we spent three hours there). I will say that I did not have to stop and rest nearly as much as I did the last time I went. I am going to work on my strength routine and stretch after church...I hope. Shellie

Shellie, I'm sure that 3 hours at the zoo would kick my butt (and my back and my knees.) Lori

Hello Lori, I mowed the grass and raked in the back yard for almost two hours. Boy did I sweat. Our riding lawn mower broke and I had to use our push mower. I used muscles I didn't know I had. LOL Have a great day, Diana 379/175/?

Diana, I've never used a push mower. I do know a lady that bought herself one just to get the exercise! Good for you! Lori

Hi Lori Today is Monday but I thought I'd better check in to the Sunday Gym since Monday Gym isn't open yet Sunday I went for a walk around Cedar Lake in my area with my husband--the lake is 1.7 miles but I really think it is more of 2 miles. I think I walked at least 2 miles because we got lost and took a few extra paths. Mary
