Gym Is Open (Monday)
Hope you all had a great weekend. I did. I didn't get as many chores done as I'd hoped, but, oh well, there are always chores to do!
Here is what I did today at the gym:
SB Reverse Crunch 3 x 15
Stability Ball Weighted Oblique Crunch 3 x 10 each
Stability Ball DB Chest Press 3 x 8
Stability Ball DB Pull Over 3 x 8
SB DB Fly 2 x 10
Lat Pull Down Wide Grip 2 x 10
Cable Biceps Curls 2 x 10
V Grip Cable Triceps Extension 2 x 10
For cardio, I did 25 minutes on the recumbant bike and 2 laps walking around the track.

Well.. I took a twenty minute walk outside...I do not know how far i go, but I work up a sweat. THen I did sports band strength exercises and then stretches. I have to have my kids help with the stretches because I just cannot reach my foot while laying on my stomach..lol Anyway... You are so supportive Lori! I am supposed to be working out 7 days a wee****il my surgery (no date set yet) so If I dont post check on me

This morning I went to water aerobics. I decided to include some exercise during my week ends at work. Behind the Hospital where I work there is a fitness trail. Sunday night I decided to go out and walk for my break, I walked for twenty minutes. I want to try and walk the track at least twice each day once during the first eight hours and then again during the second eight hours.
