Gym Is Open (Tuesday)
I tried to do my circuit jazzercise class this morning. About 25 minutes in my knees really started to hurt so I left the class and rode the recumbant bike for 25 minutes and walked the track for 5 laps....I'm going to have to baby these things until I get my synvisc shots which are now scheduled to start on May 8.
