I know we are supposed to wait 1 1/2 hours after eating to drink but on hot days here in Hawaii my lips stick to my mouth waiting for my drinking time. I know I can't be dehydrated I drank all morning long up until I ate my lunch. I do take small swallows(before my hour is up) when I get back from picking up my boys at school because the sun is beating down on my head and I'm dying of thirst when I walk through the door. I never realized how much I dran****il I had my surgery. I can't gulp the water like I want to and the thirst just keeps getting worse. I told my Nut about it but she said just try to drink more. How do you combat the constant thirsty's? The food doesn't bother me one bit I don't even feel like eating but the drinking is taking it's toll on me. I could get one of those huge drinks from 7-11 and just gulp and gulp. I'm not craving anything soda's or anything like tha****er does the trick but I just can't seem to get enough of it. I have been craving juice though but too afraid to take a drink considering the sugar content, even in 100% juice. Has anyone found a juice that works for them? Thanks in advance, Jamie
