Gym Is Open (Sunday) sorry so late!

I've had a great, but very busy day, so that is why I'm just now posting. I went to the gym and did 35 minutes on the treadmill (2 miles), then I did cable twists, abdominal and back work...then I stretched for a long time...I needed it. What did you do to move your body today? Lori 384/241.5/168
