Hey everyone! I am officially 14 days out and am down 30 pounds as of this morning. I am not having any problems getting in the protein or fluids, but I must admit I am getting sick of the same old thing every day food wise. I have GOT to find some new meals to try. Anyone have any favorites they would like to share??? Lisa L. 380/350/170

Hi Lisa, Congratulations on losing 30 pounds!!! Your doing great. I'm not sure what you eating but here is a list of things I ate along with my protein shakes. Really thin mashed potatoes Really thin cream of wheat Unsweetened Applesauce Sugar free jello or pudding Sugar free popsicles Low carb yogurt (blend it first if it has fruit) Have a great day. Lisa, At that stage I ate (and actually still do now and then): Fat free cottage cheese, I carefully cut up a tomatoe, very small pieces and add it to the cottage cheese, then sprinkle it with chives. A cup (I know you aren't eating that much yet) has 26 grams of protein. I also ate some homemade soups that I cooked then blended up in a blender. Almost any soup will work for this. My favorites were potato cheese, black bean soup, tomato soup and a chicken and mushroom soup. None of these will give you any problem if you blend them up. Just go easy on the amounts of these...start with 1/4 cup. Good luck...I promise it gets easier! Lori

Thanks Lori. The chicken mushroom soup sounds good. Those are both favorites so I imagine they would be wonderful combined! Lisa L. 380/350/170
