Gym Is Open (Tuesday)

Didn't go to PT this morning, so I did a walk instead for about 45 mins. Then went to WallieMart and strolled for abit. This PM is traveling to support group (about 1.5 hours away) so tomorrow I'll have to get back to PT again so I won't lose my momentum.
Try using your porch steps for some step aerobics, maybe that will give you that little endorphin rush you're needing. I use my deck steps so I can get the fresh air, too.

1.15 miles on the armbike. It wasn't too bad, except at one point the radio station kept playing blues music and I needed something a bit peppier! Hard enough to exercise without getting all sad listening to blues music!
Fortunately, they snapped out of it after three blues songs and played me some Van Morrison!

I love Van Morrison! I do a radio show that is online if you ever want to listen. It is called "Sunday Sagebrush Serenade" and I'm on Sundays from 10 am to 2 pm M.S.T. You can hear it at www.krcl.org. I do play Van Morrison. He has a new album of his favorite country tunes. It is really good.
