nuts and nurses
Rie,
Sounds like the Nut jumped right out of her chair and ran to tell tales doesn' it? One common thread I see in all Nutritionist stories is their general controlling natures. Certainly mine has one ... she's very very staid and proper, not a hair out of place, but she's no featherweight herself. She can really get on a soapbox when she wants to, and has very very definite ideas about what's right and wrong in nutrition.
My cousin has used Propel since day one of her postop course ... recommended it to me, but I'm just not fond of it. We see the same Nut, so I'm assuming she ok'd it or the cousin wouldn't be drinking it. And definitely, the right hand often doesn't know what the left hand is doing in my bariatric office as well. They've just had a major turnover in personnel, almost the whole office, so I'm hoping things will be run a bit better.

It looks like you are eating great, and my Nut oked propell. But I would still add a protien shake or two.
I thought I was doing great I was eating similer to you with the addition of 2 protien shakes a day. but monday I had my blood work done and my protien and iron were low. The nut said with the amount I am exercising I need to up my protien to 120. So now I am doing 3 shakes a day and eating. it is hard to get it all in.
