Gym Is Open (Thursday)

I was late to the gym this morning, so all I had time for was 25 minutes on the recumbant bike and a quick 1 mile walk on the track,then I did about 10 minutes of abdominal work. What did you to do move your body today?] Lori

I did 1.25 miles on the armbike, and now I get to eat. YAY! I told myself no stopping for Optifast until I finished my set. Looks like we are about to have a major gullywasher (I learned that word when I lived in Missouri, I don't know what they call them here in Colorado). Whatever it is, we need the moisture! Kix

Hi Lori, No PT for me this morning, have been in Paducah, KY all day (about 2 hours away) seeing BS. Did a little shopping afterwards, so I'll count that (slow) walking for today LOL Myra

I walked at the park today. went around four times that is two miles... I find that walking is not enough or something. I just cant seem to get that tired feeling from walking lately. I guess I really need to start incorporating some other exercises. Any ideals anybody.. Remember I have a really bad back. so go easy on me. love marie
