PEDOMETER

Hi everyone this morning. I am trying to clean house and get ready for work. We are having a barbaque tonight DH is off sooo who knows how well he will get things in order LOL I am just going with the flow. Anyway I did find a link about the pedometer my coworker has. Thanks Annie, I did end up buying a pedometer yesterday before I saw your post. I haven't quite figured out how to measure and put in my stride length yet. I do love Omron products though and the one you put a link to is an Omron. I have a Omron Heart Rate monitor, a wrist blood pressure cuff and a body fat and bmi analysis thingy. I bought my pedometer at Sears yesterday. It also measures calories...so once I figure it out, I'm hoping to really measure my distance. Lori
