Gym Is Open (Saturday & Sunday)
I'm just doing one post for the weekend since I've got a super busy schedule. So if you exercise both days, post twice.
Today, I'm doing chores, then in about 1/2 hour I'm meeting with a new trainer for 2 hours. She has lost over 100 lbs with diet and exercise, not WLS. She says in her flyer, "I've conquered my food and exercise demons and want to share it with others!" Sounds perfect for me...I've definitely conquered my exercise demons, but now that I'm almost 1 year out from this surgery, the food demons continue to haunt me. Wish me luck!
What have you done this weekend to move your body?

Well, the new trainer and I worked together for 2 hours yesterday...I did it, but, I was tired. She did a fit test on me and I came out having "average" fitness for a 45 year old woman. Which I feel very good about, since I had "poor" fitness the last time a fit test was done on me.
This morning (Sunday) I just got back from a 50 minute brisk walk around the neighborhood. Had to get in my endorphine hit before I begin my busy day.

I spent saturday at the Renisance fair. It was cool. I spent 5 hours there just going from show to show booth to booth. I loved it. And I was tired by the end of the day. So I did get some exercise in.
Sunday I am taking a short walk. I ment to do a long one but to be honest I am tired. so a short one will have to do.
Have a great day everyone.

Hello,
Both today and yesterday I did my sports band and stretching. Yesterday I mowed for my cadio, but today it was raining, so we (my daughters and I) put on some music and danced in the livingroom for our cardio. The last storm had wicked lightning and it killed our vcr (right after I bought several exercise videos from Ebay). We had fun anyway. I hope everyone enjoyed moving their bodies this weekend!
