I am about 330 lbs and Have 4 tats, tongue ring and both nipples pierced. I loved getting all of them It is the most incredible feeling....They are a little addicting....Im hoping to have surgery...so I am hoping that I can just put a spacer in the piercings so I do not have to take them out. My tongue does not close that fast. My nipples will close if I take to long to change the jewlery so that kinda Hurts...anyway just thought I would let all you ladies know doesnt matter how big you are you want something pierced get it done....l8tr

FYI ... You will have to take them all out when you roll in for surgery. But after you are brought to your room you can put them all back in. Good Luck!
